From 800-Product Backlog to Zero
In Days.
The Situation
A fast-growing media sales house in the UAE was sitting on a backlog of 800 products that needed to be processed, approved, published, and pitched to clients.
The team of 3–5 people was doing every step by hand. A new product would come in and immediately enter a queue. Someone had to manually capture the details, someone else had to approve it, another person had to get it live on their sales platform, then someone had to build a presentation for it, and then assemble it into a client proposal.
Each product took days to move from submission to being ready to sell.
With 800 products sitting in that pipeline, the team wasn't just slow — they were paralysed. Every day spent processing backlog was a day they weren't closing new business.
The Problem in Plain Terms
- 800 products stuck in a manual processing queue
- Days to publish a single product from start to finish
- 3 to 5 people touching every product at every stage
- A sales team that couldn't pitch what wasn't live yet
- A backlog growing faster than the team could clear it
What We Built
We mapped the entire pipeline from the moment a product was submitted to the moment it was ready to sell — and automated every step in between.
A supplier fills in an onboarding form. From that single trigger the automation takes over completely. The product details flow into a live dashboard for review. Once approved, it publishes directly to the Shopify storefront. The moment it goes live, the system generates a branded PowerPoint presentation for that product automatically. The product is added to the master database. When the sales team is ready to pitch a campaign, the system pulls from that database and assembles a full client proposal deck — automatically.
Start to finish. One trigger. No human in the middle.
The Results
800Products
Cleared from backlog within days
What previously took weeks of manual work happened automatically in the background while the team focused on selling.
100Hours
Saved every single month — ongoing
That's 100 hours the sales team now spends on client conversations, pitching, and closing — instead of building slides and updating spreadsheets.
Days → <1hr
Processing time per product
Not because anyone worked faster. Because nobody has to work on it at all.
0New Hires
Needed to handle the increased volume
100 hours monthly is roughly what a full-time operations person would cost. That cost doesn't exist anymore. The automation runs 24/7, makes no errors, and never calls in sick.
“
The backlog that had been sitting there for months was gone within days. The team stopped doing admin and started selling.

The Bigger Picture
This project didn't start as a full pipeline overhaul. It started as one small task.
That's how we work with every client. We find the single most painful process, fix that first, and let the results speak for themselves. This engagement grew naturally as the client saw what was possible — from one small automation to an end-to-end system that transformed how their entire sales operation runs.
